When does Batch 2 close — and what if I miss it?

Batch 2 is our second production run of the Halliday G2, limited to 2,000 pairs. Non-prescription orders in Batch 2 ship within 3 days of ordering, and prescription (Rx) orders ship 4–6 weeks after you order. Once Batch 2 sells out, new orders move to the next batch — so the earlier you order, the sooner your G2 ships.

How can I get free prescription lenses?

Your free prescription lenses are already included — the $199 lens discount applies automatically at checkout, no code or extra steps needed. It fully covers premium 1.60 or 1.67 index lenses at no cost; if you prefer 1.74 index, just add $100.

How do I use my discount code?

To apply your code, enter it at checkout and press "Apply". If you’re using a Priority Access or Halliday Glasses Owners’ Exclusive code, please enter your email in the "Contact" field first, then your code, using the same email tied to your offer. The sequence matters here — email before code — so your discount applies correctly.

I reserved Priority Access — what should I do now?

Just place your Halliday G2 order and apply your Priority Access code at checkout — your free lens discount applies automatically, and your Launch Pack arrives with your Halliday G2. Ordering now helps you ship in an earlier batch, and your code is valid through September 30.

What is the Launch Pack, and how do I get it?

The Launch Pack is a free year of the Basic plan — upgradable to a full year of Pro for $19.90 or Max for $99. It comes with every G2 ordered through the Launch Special, Priority Access, or Halliday Glasses Owners’ Exclusive offer. The free year of Basic arrives with your G2 and activates automatically when you pair your G2 with the Halliday app — at which point you can also choose to upgrade.

How do I submit my prescription if I chose "Send It Later"?

You can add your prescription anytime in your Account Center. We’ll also email you a reminder with the link so you can add it whenever you’re ready. Just keep in mind: we start making your glasses once your prescription is in, so orders with an incomplete prescription may be delayed.

How long does shipping take?
