Yes, you can add your NotePin to the “Find My” feature. It will allow you to locate your NotePin when it is lost. To do that, please follow the steps below: Tap your Plaud NotePin on the top-left and go to the device settings page. Swipe down and tap “Find My”. Tap “Add NotePin to Find My” and follow the instructions to add your NotePin to Find My.

To reset your Plaud NotePin, please charge the Plaud NotePin and long-press the record button for 12 seconds.

The sensitivity of a pacemaker to magnetic fields depends on both the strength of the magnetic field and the rate of change. Generally, magnetic fields ranging from a few gauss to several thousand gauss can potentially interfere with pacemakers. Our magnetic pin and clip generate magnetic fields up to 2100 gauss. For users with pacemakers, we advise against wearing the Plaud NotePin on the chest area (whether with the lanyard, magnetic pin, or clip) due to its magnetic properties.

Open the Plaud App and enter the device settings page. The SN is displayed on this page. You can also find it on the back of the Plaud NotePin.
